I agree with the conclusion reached by the Bylaws Committee and its recommendation. In order to provide notice to all Sector retirees and to assure that all retirees are made aware of their due's obligations, I am directing you to notify ALL Sector retirees of the conclusion of the Bylaws Committee and to establish the recommended dues rates effective January 1, 2015.
