In response to our union's health care presentation, AT&T gave their views on health care. The company's presentation was not a formal proposal, but rather an overview on the current health care costs and the direction the company would like to move towards. In short, AT&T believes their employees need to assist in managing the company's health care costs. They think you must focus on living a healthy lifestyle, you must make wise economic health care decisions and when necessary, you should receive care at the right time, and in the most efficient manner.
