TO:                          All CWA Local 4250/CTU#16 Dues Paying Members In Good Standing

SUBJECT:              Results of Nominations and Election of Officers/Delegates and Executive Board Members

Pursuant to the CWA constitution and Local 4250/CTU#16 By-Laws, as amended on January 7, 2015, a General Membership Meeting was conducted on Saturday, October 14, 2017.  The agenda included Nominations and Election of Officers/Delegates and Chief Steward/Executive Board Members.  The following Officers/Delegates and Chief Steward/Executive Board Members were nominated.

As all nominees were unopposed, a motion to elect all Officers/Delegates and Chief Steward/Executive Board Members by acclimation was duly made and seconded.  A unanimous vote to elect all nominees was cast by members present at the meeting.

Pursuant to the CWA Constitution and Local 4250/CTU#16 By-Laws, as amended on January 7, 2015, newly elected Officers/ Delegates and Chief Steward/Executive Board Members shall take office when duly elected and installed.  Installation of Officers/Delegates and Chief Steward/Executive Board Members will take place at the next Local 4250/CTU#16 Executive Board Meeting on Thursday, January 4, 2018.
