CWA Recommended Proxy Votes For 2016 AT$T Annual Meeting
AT$T Inc.'s Annual Meeting is traditionally held on the last Friday in April. At the annual meeting, stockholders have the opportunity to vote on the election of directors and to act on other matters presented by the company and by stockholders.
About 30 to 45 days before the annual meeting, stockholders will receive information that will allow them to vote on matters that will come before the meeting.
All stockholders — no matter how many shares they hold — are encouraged to vote their shares. Stockholders can vote by mail, by telephone or through the Internet. Instructions for voting are included in the information mailed to each stockholder.
