Legacy T AT$T: Articles 45 & 46 New Test Requirements
The Company has notified us of tests which will be required for some titles in Articles 45 and 46. These tests will go into effect on December 19, 2008, and employees holding the titles will be grandfathered by January 19, 2009. You may view the details of the tests in the attached document. The Union members on the Joint Testing Subcommittee believe some of these titles should be grandfathered on additional tests, and we are continuing to address the matter with the Company.
