CWA District 4 locals met in Detroit, Michigan on October 8 and 9, 2008. On October 9, 2008, after much discussion, delegates in attendance unanimously adopted an AT$T/Midwest Bargaining Resolution recommended by our elected CWA District 4 AT$T/Midwest Bargaining Team.
