The Chicago Federation of Labor has begun accepting requests for applications for the 2008 William A. Lee Memorial Scholarship Awards. Applicants or one of their parents must belong to a local union affiliated with the Chicago Federation of Labor. CWA Local 4250 is affiliated with the CFL.
