To Ed Whitacre, CEO AT$T Inc.Are CWA and/or IBEW members currently performing the installation and maintenance of AT$T Rural Satellite Broadband Internet Service, WIMAX and other fixed wireless networking services where they are already available? If not, WHY NOT?
