On November 1, 2005 we will begin an historic round of bargaining with AT&T. As you are probably aware, the AT&T/SBC merger will be complete either while we are in negotiations or shortly thereafter. Given the merger and the climate in the telecom industry as a whole we anticipate this round of bargaining to be the toughest ever.
