There is absolutely no contract language or letters, old or new, to stop AT$T from outsourcing our jobs onshore and offshore. AT$T will continue their onslaught on CWA and IBEW jobs in violation of the 1998 contract, 2002 modification and 2003 extension. Therefore, I recommend a NO VOTE on the 2003 contract extension, due to the total lack of JOB SECURITY for the remaining 22,000 active full-time CWA/AT$T union members.
