Good evening Brothers and Sisters,
Our Past Local 4250 President, Sylvia Chapman announced on Facebook that Local 4250 CTU #16 T&T has a new President, his name is Marquiso Starks.
He was sworn in on November 1, 2025. We are still part of Local 4250. However we are also part of District 4 RMC (Retired Members Council)
Chapter 210 and the National RMC in Washington DC. I have also been appointed as District 4 RMC Vice President as well as my current position as
Local 4250 RMC Chapter 210 President. Sylvia will let you know what her new role will be with CWA District 4 Staff. She is very dedicated and
has worked very hard over the years with CWA and we wish her well in her new position,
Our RMC still have an office in Lansing. Our Officers Kattie Starnes, VP and Rita J Godwin, Secretary/Treasurer
along with me will meet with Marquiso Starks, this month to see what his plans are for our Retiree Chapter. We hope to maintain a united relationship
between Local 4250 and RMC.
Please look forward to our annual membership drive mailings for 2026 in late December. It is our hope to expand our membership across the great
state of IL and NW Indiana as well as our 5 state District.
