Dear Telecom Ad-Hoc Members: As we're sure you've heard by now, T&T Vice President Bill Bates announced last week at the T&T Conference in Phoenix that he plans to retire at the end of his term in June. He also announced that his Assistant Laura Unger will be retiring after bargaining with Legacy T is concluded. While we were all a bit stunned at the announcement, it quickly became clear to us who Bill's successor should be. Our own Telecom Ad-Hoc Co-Chair T Santora.
