The elected Bargaining Committee members have completed an initial draft proposal. Additional work still must be done to finalize the proposal before it can be presented to the Company. The elected committee members will continue to work this week to finalize the proposal insuring that all Union demands that are issues are included in the proposal. All of the Locals should continue to mobilize members to support the Bargaining Committee and the new proposals that will move us closer to a Tentative Agreement.
