TAKE ACTION! Support Consumers Right to Know Bill A-3529

Consumers should have the right to know who we are talking to when contacting a customer service center. Before any of us are required to provide sensitive personal identification and financial information the voice on the other end should be required upon request by the customer to disclose who they work for and where they are located.
