Ireland Union IT Workers Threaten Strike!

83 % of Union workers voting in the IT department at the Bank of Ireland voted to give the bank two weeks notice of "industrial action," which included the threat of an all-out strike. The April 16, 2003 vote was taken to prevent the Bank of Ireland from proceeding with an outsourcing contract with Hewlett Packard. Link to external site for full story.
